Amazing Badulla
Overshadowed by the Namunukula range of mountains sits Badulla, one of the major cities in the lower central hills of Sri Lanka. Dunhinda
falls is one of those tourist attractions that is one of the many reason people
come to Badulla often. Standing at 63 m high it’s one of the most famous
waterfalls that Sri Lanka is blessed with. The best time to see the Dunhinda
falls is June and July, but they are worth the visit at any time of the

Believed to be one of the Solosmasthana, is the Muthiyangana temple. Solosmasthana are the sixteen sacred places in Sri Lanka which the Buddhists believes were visited by Gautama Buddha otherwise known as “the Buddha”. This is an ancient Buddhist temple located graciously in the middle of Badulla which is visited by not only Buddhists and locals but also by many tourists from around the world.
